REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor s Degree in a Human Resources/Business Discipline
TOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. 7+ years of HR experience, focusing on HR Business Partner or generalist roles
2. Must possess a solid understanding of Employee Relations, Performance Management and core HR processes
3. Strong Coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to guide HR Team members
4. Proven ability to use sound judgment with the management and escalation of higher-risk issues
5. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity.

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to provide interim HR Business Partner support during a temporary leave. This role will partner closely with the Associate Manager, who will lead day-to-day HR support for the business. The contractor will provide additional capacity, guidance on complex issues, and backup support as needed to ensure continuity in HR service delivery and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Support business leaders with day-to-day HR needs, including employee relations, performance management, and policy guidance
Partner with the Associate Manager, HR to align on priorities, share insights, and ensure consistent HR support to the business
Provide input and support on moderately complex employee relations and organizational matters, escalating as appropriate
Assist in executing key HR processes (e.g., engagement survey, talent reviews, performance cycles, workforce planning, training & development)
Step in to support leadership discussions or urgent matters when the Associate Manager requires additional coverage
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver coordinated solutions
