RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Lake Forest, FL that is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Administrator for a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring accurate Configuration Item (CI) data and relationships
* Enforce CMDB governance, ITIL-based processes, and data quality standards
* Configure ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping for automated CI population
* Oversee Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) lifecycle processes
* Administer certificate lifecycle management, including renewals, alerts, and compliance tracking
* Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and automate workflows for CI updates
* Generate reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Power BI to drive insights
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with strong focus on CMDB, ITOM Visibility, and Discovery
* Hands-on experience with Service Mapping, HAM, SAM, and asset lifecycle management
* Strong understanding of ITIL framework and configuration management best practices
* Experience building integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and automation scripts
* Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools (ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Power BI)
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data governance skills
* Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across IT operations and business teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
