Job Title: IT Project Manager - O365 Migrations

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager Technology to lead and coordinate large-scale enterprise initiatives, including infrastructure modernization, Office 365 migrations, and endpoint management programs. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure project deliverables are met, and provide executive-level reporting and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain process flow documentation for project workflows and operational activities.
Define project metrics, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms to monitor performance and progress.
Compile and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with management and customers to assess feasibility and viability of network infrastructure designs, incorporating emerging technologies.
Lead and support large-scale Office 365 migration initiatives, including: Managing upgrades across ~160K machines prior to migration.
Act as a liaison between network engineers, development teams, and customer stakeholders.
Provide advanced troubleshooting coordination to minimize disruptions to mission-critical systems.
Coordinate migration-related issues with Service Desk and impacted teams.
Support environments leveraging Google Workspace where applicable.
Oversee and manage technical workstreams focused on Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions, including: Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune), Co-management strategies, Windows Autopilot, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential schedule slippages, and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple organizations.
Create executive-level presentations and documentation (PowerPoint, reports, summaries) with minimal revisions required.
Track action items, document detailed meeting minutes, assign ownership, and follow up on deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
8 12 years of relevant IT Project Management experience
Bachelor s degree from an accredited college/university in related field (OR) 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Strong experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and migration projects
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale programs
Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Office 365 migrations and endpoint management tools
Preferred Skills:
Experience with large enterprise environments (100K+ users/devices)
Familiarity with both Microsoft ecosystem and Google Workspace
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to operate in high-visibility, mission-critical environments
