Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Work Model: Hybrid In-office every Tuesday and Wednesday. Additional onsite days may be required.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to serve as a key link between IT teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts. In this role, you will translate business goals, stakeholder needs, and product roadmaps into clearly defined technical deliverables.
The ideal candidate will analyze user requirements, evaluate existing business system capabilities, perform gap analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for complex business and technical challenges.
This role will focus on requirements documentation, solution evaluation, and process improvement to ensure alignment with business objectives and to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead designated business units and collaborate with IT teams to translate stakeholder business goals and product roadmaps into actionable deliverables.
Collect, document, and prioritize business requirements, converting them into functional and non-functional requirements using industry-standard methodologies.
Develop and document solution acceptance criteria to support quality assurance testing and validation of new products and features.
Manage the Technology Acquisition process, ensuring coordination with stakeholders and compliance with technical, data, security, and records retention requirements.
Conduct post-contract analysis, evaluate impacts, and facilitate data repatriation when necessary.
Research and recommend appropriate technology solutions based on documented requirements.
Ensure recommended technologies continue to meet business requirements during implementation and user acceptance testing.
Participate in cross-functional collaboration to address complex technical and operational challenges.
Perform additional duties of a similar nature as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience analyzing software systems and business operations.
Knowledge Requirements
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience writing and managing epics, user stories, and technical documentation.
Knowledge of product management concepts and practices.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft Office applications.
Understanding of technologies supporting business operations, such as:

Working Conditions
Hybrid telework may be available based on management discretion and operational requirements.
Work is primarily performed in an office environment using standard office equipment and technology.
The role may require moving between different office locations within the facility.
Occasional work may occur in noisy environments.
Candidates may occasionally be required to lift and carry materials up to 10 pounds.
