Senior Product Manager B2B

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager B2B in Rocklin, CA.

Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager, B2B to help shape and deliver digital experiences that support our B2B customers, internal teams, and cross-functional partners. This person will identify high-impact opportunities, define clear product requirements, and partner across business, technology, UX, analytics, operations, and customer-facing teams to launch solutions that improve the B2B customer journey and make internal workflows more efficient.

As a product manager, you will be responsible for owning product duties from start to finish. You will consult and work with the business stakeholders, project managers, architects, development teams, and others to gather and define, then develop and document client requirements as both functional specifications then translate them to technical requirements to ensure successful deployment of deliverables. In this role, you will support order management, care center operations and order payments.

Responsibilities:
* Own and evolve the B2B product roadmap, prioritizing opportunities that improve customer experience, business growth, and operational efficiency
* Identify customer and team pain points through discovery, data analysis, stakeholder input, and market awareness
* Define clear product requirements for B2B experiences, tools, workflows, and platform capabilities

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with experience across B2B and/or B2C digital products
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/platform ecosystems is a strong plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
