Salary Range: $70,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and implements test plans for new manufacturing processes and products.
• Develops and maintains automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Conducts functional, performance, and reliability testing on manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Analyzes test data, identifies defects, and collaborates with engineering to resolve issues.
• Creates detailed test reports and documentation of testing procedures and results.
• Participates in root cause analysis of production failures and implements preventative measures.
• Recommends improvements to existing testing methodologies and quality control processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts using Python, C#, or similar languages.
• Experience with test equipment and instrumentation (e.g., oscilloscopes, data acquisition systems, vision systems).
• Ability to analyze test data, identify trends, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
