Salary Range: $71,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• Design and build test fixtures and automated test equipment.
• Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure testability and quality.
• Document test procedures, results, and defect reports.
• Perform Gage R&R studies and maintain calibration of test equipment.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems and methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining automated test systems (e.g., LabVIEW, Python).
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis for manufacturing quality.
• Experience with various test methodologies, including functional, in-circuit, and environmental testing.
