Business Execution Consultant (Product / Agile)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid (3 Days In and 2 Remote) 11625 N Community House Rd)

Duration: 9-month contract (potential for extension; no current conversion approval)

Overview

We are seeking a Business Execution Consultant with a strong background in product management or product ownership within a financial services environment. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams across business, operations, risk, and technology to drive key initiatives and deliverables.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, experience working in Agile environments, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders across business, operations, risk, and technology teams to drive project deliverables
Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies
Facilitate meetings and working sessions with cross-functional teams
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Translate and cascade requirements to downstream/back-office teams
Support and contribute to change management initiatives

Required Qualifications

3 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership
Experience working within a financial services environment
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience in Agile environments
Hands-on experience with Jira
Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
Experience participating in or leading change management efforts

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SWIFT payments
