Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Adaptive Planning Analyst to serve as the technical and functional owner of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for platform administration, configuration, reporting, integrations, security, governance, and continuous optimization. This role partners closely with Finance, FP&A, HR, and IT teams to support enterprise-wide planning, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and reporting initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities
System Administration
- Administer and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning environments.
- Configure system settings, features, and platform updates.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security access.
- Monitor platform performance, scalability, and availability.
- Maintain governance documentation and system controls.
Adaptive Planning Configuration
- Design and maintain planning models, dimensions, levels, hierarchies, and sheets.
- Configure calculated accounts, business rules, and formulas.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, planning versions, and workflow configuration.
- Translate business requirements into scalable planning solutions.
- Optimize model performance and ensure data integrity.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain Office Connect and HTML reports.
- Build dashboards and reporting solutions for business users.
- Troubleshoot reporting, calculations, and data issues.
- Support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.
Integrations & Data Management
- Manage integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday Financials, Workday HCM, and Workday Prism.
- Monitor automated data imports, exports, and integration jobs.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with IT teams on automation and integration enhancements.
Support & Governance
- Serve as the escalation point for complex Adaptive Planning issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
- Administer security models and governance standards.
- Support audit and compliance activities.
- Lead Workday release testing, validation, and deployment.
- Recommend and implement continuous system improvements and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Preferred).
- 3 5+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning administration experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Financials and/or Workday HCM integrations.
- Experience working with ERP, EPM, or enterprise planning systems.
- Strong knowledge of planning models, dimensions, calculated accounts, formulas, and reporting structures.
