Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise software development and cloud transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing project planning and execution, and ensuring successful delivery of software solutions using Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise software development projects, cloud-based initiatives, Agile delivery, and stakeholder communication while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise software development initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and deliverables.
• Perform release planning and roadmap coordination aligned with organizational priorities.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, architecture, product, compliance, and operations teams.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC standards, project governance, and organizational methodologies.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, burn-up/burn-down metrics, and executive-level reporting.
• Support cloud-based application development and API integration initiatives.
• Drive Agile best practices and continuous process improvement across project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise software development projects.
• Strong experience leading Agile software delivery initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as:
  • Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Jira
  • Rally
  • VersionOne
• Experience working in cloud environments including:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile project delivery.
• Experience with Clarity Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Experience managing API integration and cloud modernization projects.
• PMP, Certified Project Manager (CPM), or equivalent project management certification.
