Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to support and evolve a creator storefronts product. This is a live, customer-facing digital experience at the intersection of marketing technology, social platforms, and commerce. This role focuses on strong product execution, stakeholder partnership, and problem-solving in a visible, creator-driven space. The position is ideal for a product manager who thrives in collaborative, fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Product Leadership, Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing partners to deliver and iterate on customer-facing product features.
- Translate creator, business, and customer needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Help shape and support product strategy and roadmaps by contributing insights and execution recommendations.
- Partner with marketing and social teams to ensure product capabilities align with real-world workflows and data needs.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences to align teams.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to maintain momentum and quality.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering customer-facing digital products. You must have experience shipping AI-enabled product features or building personal AI projects that demonstrate applied product thinking. Candidates should be able to speak to why AI was used and how iteration or risk was handled.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with marketing technology, such as affiliate marketing, social marketing, or digital marketing platforms. Experience working on Agile product teams is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with creator, influencer, or affiliate ecosystems is a plus.
- Retail experience is a plus, but not required.
Work Environment
This role requires the ability to work Pacific Time (PST) business hours. The environment is ambiguous and fast-paced.
