Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions supporting customer and dealer-facing platforms.

This is a hands-on architecture role responsible for translating business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across a complex ecosystem of systems and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations
Define scalable architecture patterns for APIs, integrations, and data flows
Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards
Evaluate technical trade-offs and provide recommendations
Integration & Systems
Lead integration strategy between Salesforce and:
Internal enterprise systems
Third-party platforms
APIs and microservices
Design and oversee REST/SOAP integrations and event-driven architectures
Delivery & Leadership
Provide technical leadership across project lifecycle
Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams
Guide development teams and ensure adherence to architecture standards
Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints early
Stakeholder Collaboration
Translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
Support roadmap planning and prioritization
Align architecture with business goals and customer experience initiatives
Required Qualifications
8 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development/architecture
Strong experience with:
Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud)
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
API integrations (REST/SOAP)
Experience designing enterprise-level integrations
Strong understanding of:
Microservices architecture
Event-driven systems
Identity & security (OAuth, SSO, etc.)
Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred
Experience supporting customer-facing or dealer-based platforms
Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
Salesforce certifications (Application/System Architect preferred)
Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
