Our client is seeking an IT Contracts Manager in Hollywood, FL.

Role Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing all activities related to the drafting, reviewing, updating, developing, and administering the entire portfolio and lifecycle for all Our client Information Technology (IT) related goods and services. This role is responsible for the review and coordination of all IT contracts as they flow between the Purchasing, Legal, Risk Management and IT to ensure compliance with business, legal, financial, and operational requirements while supporting strategic technology initiatives.

The incumbent is involved with the full spectrum of contract-related tasks, including, but not limited to:
Ensuring consistency of procurement documents
Negotiating and processing contracts and their modifications
Assisting with resolution of contract disputes
The role operates under delegated authority to:
Negotiate terms
Recommend award decisions
Advance contracts through Purchasing, Legal, and Risk Management workflows
Responsible for monitoring compliance and ensuring timely renewals to maintain uninterrupted service and cost efficiency
Actively engages with suppliers and vendors throughout the contract review and negotiation process
Serves as the primary point of contact to clarify terms, address concern and ensure agreements align with organizational objectives and compliance standards
Partner with IT Leadership and vendor management to drive cost transparency, forecast accuracy, and value realization across software, infrastructure, cloud, and other technology services

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance or related field is required.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of seven (7) years of with contract lifecycle management platforms, ideally supporting IT procurement or technology operations, or working in a similar capacity is required.
An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered.
Strong understanding of IT contract types, including SaaS, subscription licensing, cloud services, consulting agreements, statements of work (SOWs), and service-level agreements (SLAs) and contract administration, negotiation, and interpretation is required.
Incumbent must possess a valid Florida Driver's License.
Demonstrate Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficient computer skills including expertise in the use of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; and prior experience utilizing contract tracking systems is preferred.
Lawson experience highly preferred.
Experience in Microsoft Power BI, ServiceNow-ITFM & ITAM, Oracle, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, COBIT is preferred
Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
