About the RoleWe are seeking a
Senior Product Manager (Product Owner) to lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery for the Investment Research, Strategy, and Portfolio Management platform within the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Chief Product Office.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a portfolio of advisor-facing capabilities that support investment research, portfolio construction, model management, and investment strategy delivery. You will serve as the primary product leader for large-scale Agile teams, driving execution across business, technology, and operations partners while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client needs.

2027 AI-enabled advisory experience, incorporating intelligent research personalization, portfolio automation, and workflow-driven strategy distribution into the product roadmap.
What You'll Do- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for investment research and portfolio management platforms.
- Lead large Agile Scrum teams through all phases of the product lifecycle, from ideation and planning through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize product backlogs, manage feature development, and ensure successful execution of business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders across Investment Research, Portfolio Strategy, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to deliver integrated solutions.
- Drive roadmap alignment across interconnected platforms, data sources, and advisory workflows.
- Coordinate release planning, dependency management, and cross-functional execution activities.
- Evaluate and prioritize trade-offs involving business value, technical feasibility, data quality, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish clear product priorities and delivery plans in complex, fast-paced environments with competing demands.
- Act as a senior individual contributor and execution leader, providing strategic guidance while driving operational excellence.
- Support innovation initiatives focused on AI-enabled research delivery, portfolio automation, and personalized advisor experiences.
Minimum Qualifications- 4+ years of Product Management, Product Development, or related experience, demonstrated through a combination of work experience, military experience, training, or education.
- Experience serving as a Product Owner for large, complex Agile Scrum teams with end-to-end ownership of product delivery.
- Proven success managing product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, feature planning, and delivery outcomes.
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms that integrate research, data, portfolio management, and advisory workflows.
- Strong experience coordinating releases, managing dependencies, and governing delivery across multiple teams.
- Experience partnering with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Ability to make independent product decisions and balance business objectives, technical constraints, risk considerations, and customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience within Wealth Management, Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services organizations.
- Knowledge of investment research publishing, portfolio construction, model portfolio management, or investment strategy distribution.
- Experience leading platform-level initiatives that span multiple applications, teams, and stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder relationships and aligning competing priorities without escalation.
- Experience operating effectively within lean, highly collaborative organizational structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions within financial services platforms.
