Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements through stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions.
- Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional documentation to support software development initiatives.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and workflow designs to improve user experience and align solutions with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC to support project delivery, issue tracking, and continuous process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
8 years of experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, business process improvement, software development lifecycle (SDLC), user story development, and stakeholder engagement.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Requirements Management, Business Process Modeling, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), User Story Development, Use Case Analysis, Wireframing & Mockup Design, Issue Tracking Tools, Requirements Management Tools
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|

|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with issue tracking and requirements management platforms.
- Experience supporting education agencies or education technology environments.
- Strong written communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
