Top Requirements:5+ years of Agile experience (Coaching, Scrum, or Product Owner)Strong experience coaching Product Owners and Technical LeadsHands-on experience with Jira (board configuration, Jira Plans, etc.)Plusses:Experience leading Agile transformations at scaleFamiliarity with transitioning teams from Kanban to ScrumStrong knowledge of Scrum best practices and coaching methodologiesJob Summary:In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Transformation Coaching. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Transformation Coaching challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Lead hands-on Agile coaching sessions with L2 Product Owners and L2 Tech Leads
- Provide hands-on Jira support, including board configuration and Jira Plans setup
- Support L1 teams with Agile practices (e.g., transitioning from Kanban to Scrum)
- Guide teams on Scrum best practices and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support large-scale transformation initiatives
- Analyze team performance and recommend improvements
- Act as primary support for team-level Agile needs and escalations
