Short Description :- 

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Benefits Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Benefits module implementations.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to solution design, configuration, integration, and stakeholder management. 

This role requires strong functional knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to engage with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Implementation & Delivery
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Benefits modules (Core HR + Benefits).
  • Drive requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Design and configure benefits plans including health, retirement, life insurance, and wellness programs.
  • Ensure accurate system setup including eligibility profiles, plan types, rates, and coverage.
2. Functional Design & Solutioning
  • Create detailed functional design documents (FDDs) and solution architecture.
  • Provide best practice recommendations for benefits configuration and optimization.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and reporting.
3. Integration & Testing
  • Oversee integrations with payroll, third-party vendors, and external benefits providers.
  • Lead SIT, UAT, and production validation cycles.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and smooth system performance.
4. Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation plans effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with HR, IT, and business users.

Required Skill''s :- 

  • +10 years experience in Benefits module implementations.
  • +5 yearsexperience  in End-to-end configuration, functional design, and client stakeholder management.
  • +5years experience in  multiple implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, and integration.
  • Open to travel one week in a month to Buffalo -NY (Onsite.
