Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
- Analyze equipment failures and provide root cause analysis.
- Optimize preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
- Identify and execute reliability improvement projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new equipment design and installation.
- Track and report on key reliability metrics and performance indicators.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar field).
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on reliability engineering or maintenance.
- Proficient in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other problem-solving methodologies.
- Strong understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis for reliability data and failure prediction.
Bonus Qualifications- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification
- Experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing)
- Strong understanding of data analysis and statistical process control (SPC)
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) facilitation and tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams)
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software
