Description
We are seeking a collaborative and strategic product leader to guide the development and execution of our product roadmap. This role works closely with product managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive business value and meet customer needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about agile product development, continuous improvement, and aligning product strategy with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of a product roadmap that aligns with strategic business priorities and ensures continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to prioritize work and refine product strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Maintain and optimize the product backlog by creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to maximize business value.
Facilitate agile team meetings to ensure clear communication of objectives and alignment on deliverables.
Engage with customers and end-users to identify needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure product effectiveness and communicate findings to business leaders.
Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure alignment and delivery of maximum business value.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on product management and agile techniques to enhance team capabilities.
Foster collaboration within the team and inspire a sense of urgency to meet goals and overcome challenges.
Regularly communicate product updates and strategies to stakeholders and senior leaders.
Requirements
Proven experience in product management or ownership, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working within agile teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users.
Ability to create and maintain detailed product backlogs, including user stories and prioritization.
Proficiency in tracking and analyzing product performance metrics to drive improvements.
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and agile collaboration platforms.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor team members.
Technical knowledge in areas such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
