Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience to work closely with business and technology teams to analyze requirements, improve business processes, and support successful delivery of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, Agile/Scrum, SQL, process modeling, UAT, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, root-cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Create process flows, workflows, data mappings, and business process documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, Architects, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Develop UAT scenarios, support testing, validate defects, and assist with production releases.
• Use SQL for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
• Present requirements, findings, and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering and management.
• Expertise in BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, MS Office, and Excel.
• Strong process modeling, workflow analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience with UAT, test scenarios, defect management, and production validation.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Experience with API, system integration, data mapping, and data flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau and reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of BPMN, data analysis, and data modeling.
• Experience with Product Management and backlog prioritization.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based applications.
• Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
