Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
· Filter and structure incoming requirements to eliminate noise, identify priorities, and clarify scope.
· Develop comprehensive BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
· Support end-to-end delivery, from ideation to production rollout.
· Participate in requirement review sessions and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
· Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of business needs post-implementation.
· Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment.
· Stay current with trends and developments in the payments industry, and demonstrate willingness to grow in this domain.

Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or banking.
· Strong experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
· Proven ability to reduce ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver clear, actionable requirements.
· Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and visio/flowcharting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience or understanding of the Payments Line of Business (e.g., wires, ACH, RTP, SWIFT, ISO 20022, etc.).
· Exposure to enterprise-level financial systems.
· Comfortable working in highly regulated environments.
· Knowledge of data flows and system integration is a plus.
