Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator with Medicare experience to support healthcare-focused outreach and brand initiatives in Westminster, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience developing marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, and producing clear, audience-focused content. The role combines hands-on execution with project coordination and requires an understanding of applicable regulatory requirements within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and carry out marketing initiatives that strengthen community awareness and support organizational goals.

Coordinate multi-channel campaigns from concept through delivery, ensuring timelines, messaging, and assets stay aligned.

Create persuasive written content for promotional materials, digital communications, and campaign collateral tailored to target audiences.

Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools to develop and refine visual materials that reflect brand standards and campaign objectives.

Partner with internal stakeholders to gather project needs, prioritize deliverables, and keep marketing activities on schedule.

Review marketing content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to relevant healthcare and regulatory guidelines.

Track campaign progress and assist with organizing assets, feedback, and updates to support efficient project execution.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or a related communications role.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud for editing or producing marketing and creative assets.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and formats.
Working knowledge of marketing campaign development, execution, and coordination across channels.
Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements, particularly in healthcare, hospital, or social assistance environments.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
