The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is seeking a high-caliber Site Superintendent to spearhead the on-site execution of sophisticated power packaging initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary field authority, ensuring the seamless integration of engineered enclosures and fuel systems at various project sites. This is a high-impact opportunity for a self-motivated leader to drive operational excellence, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and uphold a gold standard of quality and safety in the heavy industrial and energy sectors.


What You’ll Do

  • Orchestrate the on-site logistics, reception, and rigorous inspection of industrial generator housing and auxiliary equipment.

  • Validate all incoming shipments for structural integrity and document any transit-related variances with meticulous detail.

  • Audit field inventories to ensure project components align with procurement records and bridge communication gaps with internal departments.

  • Command all on-site communications as the central liaison for rigging crews, installation contractors, and project stakeholders.

  • Synthesize technical data to resolve complex field challenges and provide immediate mechanical clarifications to ensure project momentum.

  • Rectify quality discrepancies and finalize punch-list requirements to guarantee client satisfaction and timely project handovers.

  • Champion a culture of zero-compromise safety, enforcing strict adherence to all environmental and occupational health protocols.

  • Deliver comprehensive progress intelligence, including photographic documentation and analytical site updates, to the executive team.

  • Direct field service personnel, providing the mentorship and oversight necessary to execute the project scope with precision.

  • Integrate with commissioning and warranty departments to facilitate a flawless transition from installation to active operations.


What You Bring

  • Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of seasoned experience in industrial construction, mechanical supervision, or field-based electrical installations.

  • Knowledge Base: A deep understanding of heavy machinery, industrial enclosures, or large-scale power generation infrastructure.

  • Technical Literacy: Mastery in deciphering complex engineering schematics, architectural site plans, and technical installation guides.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.

  • Autonomy: A disciplined, self-directed work ethic capable of managing remote operations with minimal oversight.

  • Digital Proficiency: Competency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Teams, Excel, and Outlook, for professional reporting.

  • Mobility: A clean driving record and the flexibility to commit to extensive regional and national travel, including multi-week deployments.

  • Credentials: A high school diploma is required, while advanced technical certifications or trade school backgrounds are highly preferred.
