Role : Sales Director with manufacturing or Automotive Domain experience
Location : Detroit, MI and Chicago, IL
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales efforts, drive
revenue growth, and expand our client base. While a background in the automotive industry is
strongly preferred, we also welcome candidates with sales leadership experience in other
industries to include manufacturing, automotive who have successfully developed and
executed B2B sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across key industry verticals,
including automotive, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare.
- Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships to understand their
business needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Lead the sales team, setting targets and ensuring alignment with company revenue
goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and go-tomarket
strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract
negotiation and closure.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies
to provide strategic sales insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, with a strong track record of meeting and
exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in automotive sales is strongly preferred, but candidates with experience in
other industries such as manufacturing, retail, or healthcare are encouraged to apply.
- Strong network and ability to build relationships with decision-makers across industries.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
