We are looking for Data Access Management for our client in Toronto, ON / Mississauga, ON

Job Title: Data Access Management

Job Location: Toronto, ON / Mississauga, ON

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end user access lifecycle including provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning.
Implement and support access control models such as RBAC, ABAC, and least-privilege principles.
Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.
Provide L1/L2 support for access-related incidents, service requests, and operational issues.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring access issues and implement corrective actions.
Escalate complex access and security issues to engineering or platform teams as required.
Adhere to defined SLAs, response timelines, and operational KPIs.
Monitor access logs and security events using SIEM tools.

Qualifications:

Experience managing user access lifecycle processes.
Strong understanding of access control models (RBAC, ABAC, least privilege).
Experience supporting incident management and troubleshooting access-related issues.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to access governance.
Experience with Unix platforms.
Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk or QRadar.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in identity and access management (IAM) environments.
Knowledge of security best practices and governance frameworks.
