The newly created Value Operations team in Digital Enabling Services is seeking someone energized by multidisciplinary challenges and the chance to bring structure, clarity, and stability to a fast-evolving digital ecosystem. In this role, you will maintain and improve the communication platforms, reporting hubs, and operational frameworks that sustain progress, and you will play a key role in capturing and communicating the value created across the Digital division.

The Business Optimization Manager drives strategic alignment and continuous improvement across Digital by leading cross-functional teams to execute transformation initiatives impacting our workplace ecosystem. This role analyzes business challenges, documents processes, and identifies operational gaps to architect and implement solutions that optimize efficiency and outcomes. It establishes a robust framework for opportunity intake, prioritization, execution, and OKR-based measurement to ensure purposeful, outcome-driven work. Success is achieved by assessing stakeholder impact and refining solutions for sustainable adoption and measurable business value.

What You'll Do:
  • Translate Strategic Intent into Executable Solutions: Partner with senior leaders to convert strategic goals into actionable transformation initiatives by analyzing business needs, documenting current processes, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Assess Stakeholder Impact and Drive Adoption: Evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives on clients, branches, and internal teams, and adjust solutions to enhance adoption and change management success.
  • Define Measurable Outcomes and Operationalize Improvement Plans: Collaborate with divisional leaders to define measurable outcomes, success criteria, data sources, and execution plans that support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Maintain Continuity through Centralized Resources: Curate, organize, and evolve SharePoint sites, leader dashboards, and executive reports so senior decision makers always have timely, consistent, and reliable insights that support uninterrupted execution of firmwide priorities.
  • Mentor and Enable Transformation Teams: Provide hands-on support and mentorship to project leaders and teams, fostering a culture of strategic thinking and disciplined execution.
  • Monitor Risks and Escalate Strategically: Continuously assess risks and issues related to transformation efforts, ensuring timely escalation and resolution in collaboration with senior leadership.

Position Requirements

What Experience You'll Need:
  • Minimum of 3 years working directly with senior leaders on strategic planning or transformation initiatives.
    7 years of experience managing large, complex programs or projects across multiple business units.
  • Proficiency in project and program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, issue/risk registers).
  • Familiarity with process documentation and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
  • Understanding of systems thinking and integration principles.
  • General understanding of financial services or consulting environments.
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Awareness of transformation and change management practices within large organizations.
  • Basic knowledge of strategic planning tools and methodologies frameworks (Agile, Jira, Aha!).
  • Familiarity with business transformation initiatives and their lifecycle.

  • Advanced proficiency in strategic planning tools and methodologies (Agile, Jira, Aha!).
  • Familiarity with data analysis platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of financial services industry, trends and regulatory environment.
  • Experience in business optimization or transformation roles within complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in advising senior leadership and driving alignment on strategic priorities.
    Experience creating and managing strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes.

**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Salary Information
