Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee and manage workstreams focused on Unified Endpoint Management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating process flow documents, tracking project progress, and reporting on the status of key projects. This role involves consulting with management and customers, serving as a liaison between technical teams, and ensuring the successful execution of large-scale technology upgrades and migrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create process flow documents and establish metrics for tracking project progress.
- Compile project data and report on the status of key projects to management.
- Consult with management and customers on product feasibility and infrastructure plans.
- Provide data analysis and support for digital collaboration and Office 365 upgrades.
- Serve as a liaison between network engineers, development teams, and customer management.
- Provide advanced support for diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems.
- Coordinate migration issues and concerns with the Service Desk and other impacted groups.
- Oversee technical project management of workstreams for solutions like Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune), Windows Autopilot, and Azure Active Directory.
- Analyze and identify potential risks and schedule slippage.
- Create and present content for executive and peer audiences.
- Track actions, record detailed meeting minutes, and follow up on action plans with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Education: A degree from an accredited college or university in an applicable field is required. Four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
Experience: A minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant professional experience is required.
Clearance & Citizenship:- Must be willing & eligible to obtain & maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Must be able to pass a client-mandated clearance process, including a drug screen, criminal history check, and credit check. A Public Trust clearance is required.
- Cannot have more than 6 months of travel outside the United States within the last five years, excluding military service. Must have resided in the United States 3 out of the last 5 years in order to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Technical Skills:- Experience with Google Workspace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune, Co-management, Windows Autopilot, Azure Active Directory).
- Ability to create content using tools such as PowerPoint.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $53.00/hr to $62.00/hr on a W2 basis. The specific rate will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. This is a contract position.
