Role Overview
In this role, you will partner with leaders to identify, attract, assess, and hire top technical and marketing talent. You will own full-cycle recruiting for mid to principal-level talent, manage a high volume of requisitions, and use data to inform recruiting strategies. This position will support hiring for Technical Program Manager (TPM) and Marketing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruiting cycle for TPM and Marketing roles across North America.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
- Manage approximately 10-15 requisitions at any given time, with a target of two hires per month.
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active talent.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates.
- Provide candidates with clear communication and a professional experience throughout the interview process.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 4-7 years of technical recruiting experience, including experience with TPM/PMO or technical hiring.
Technical Skills: Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience recruiting for a large technology company.
- Experience supporting high-volume or senior-level technical hiring.
- Strong data and metrics orientation.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is $50.00 per hour. Please note that this is a contract role and benefits may differ from full-time positions.
