Role Overview
We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to support key Treasury Operations initiatives, with a primary focus on bank account management and KYC (Know Your Customer) coordination. This role is project-driven and requires attention to detail, data management capabilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external banking partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Treasury Operations initiatives, including bank account management, signer tracking, and KYC documentation updates.
- Coordinate KYC processes with banking partners, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required documentation.
- Manage and maintain datasets related to bank accounts, signers, and treasury activities in Excel and internal systems.
- Track project progress, follow up with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Serve as a point of contact for banks and internal partners, handling ongoing communication and status updates.
- Assist with operational reporting and documentation organization across Treasury functions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and help streamline Treasury workflows.
- Provide general Treasury Operations support and contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or project-based roles.
Technical Skills: Strong data management skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel for tracking, organization, and analysis.
Other Skills: Experience with project-driven initiatives, a high level of attention to detail, the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and strong communication skills for proactive follow-up.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated pay range for this position is $40.00/hr to $60.00/hr. This employer offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
