Treasury Management IT Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a Treasury Management IT Business Analyst to support commercial banking Treasury Management (TM) pricing, account analysis billing, and system implementations. This role is 100% remote and focused on Account Analysis and earnings credit-based billing, not payments-only processing. This is a delivery-focused role suited for a senior-level analyst who can quickly step into existing configurations and add value.

Summary:
The Treasury Management IT Business Analyst will support Treasury Management products by translating business and pricing requirements into system logic, with a strong emphasis on Weiland Account Analysis. Responsibilities include supporting pricing structures, volume-based fees, allowances, compensating balances, and Earnings Credit Rate (ECR) calculations that directly impact client billing and fee revenue.

This role partners closely with Treasury, Product, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure TM products are priced accurately, configured correctly, and billed consistently across systems. The Treasury Management IT Business Analyst will support TM product implementations and enhancements, troubleshoot billing discrepancies, document requirements, and participate in testing, validation, and production rollout activities.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services
* Hands-on Account Analysis experience supporting commercial banking clients
* Direct experience with Weiland Account Analysis (configuration, billing, pricing logic, or troubleshooting)
* Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and their billing models
* Practical experience supporting pricing logic, fee calculations, allowances, compensating balances, and ECR
* Experience partnering with Treasury, Finance, Product, Operations, and IT stakeholders
* Ability to translate pricing and business rules into system requirements and functional logic
* Experience supporting TM product implementations, enhancements, or pricing changes
* Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and testing skills
* Proven ability to troubleshoot billing and revenue-impacting issues
* Comfortable working remotely and independently in a contract environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
