Job Description:

• Test Coordinator / Project Execution Consultant

Overview:

• Client is seeking a Test Coordinator with strong project management capabilities to support cross?application testing efforts and drive high?quality delivery. This role blends coordination, reporting, and execution skills, requiring someone who can manage testing activities, build project plans, and communicate effectively across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate end to end testing activities across multiple applications and workstreams.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and key testing deliverables.
• Partner with technology and business teams to ensure alignment on testing timelines, requirements, and dependencies.
• Create clear, accurate reporting for leadership using Confluence, Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Provide structured oversight similar to an execution consultant role-ensuring milestones, risks, and issues are managed proactively.
• Support continuous improvement of test processes and documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong test coordination experience, ideally supporting cross application or enterprise level testing.
• Solid project management skills, including planning, tracking, and delivery of milestones.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (reporting, dashboards, data management).
• Hands?on experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Quality Assurance.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Systems Quality Assurance challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Pay Range: $60 - $65

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
