Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Manager to lead the strategic management and optimization of our business systems in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong leader who can collaborate across multiple departments to ensure systems are efficient, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals. Based in Melville, New York, you will play a pivotal role in driving technological advancements and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Define and manage the architecture, configuration, and data flows of the Deltek Costpoint ERP system.
Lead integration projects to connect enterprise systems and ensure seamless functionality.
Analyze and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput across departments.
Design and maintain automated digital workflows to reduce manual processes and enhance productivity.
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external consultants, and software vendors to translate business needs into functional solutions.
Oversee business system implementation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
Develop operational and analytical reports to support data-driven decision-making processes.
Manage and maintain multiple SharePoint sites and libraries to streamline collaboration.
Deliver training sessions for end users and create detailed documentation, including SOPs and security guidelines.
Research and recommend innovative technologies, including AI, to enhance system capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business management with at least 9 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
Proven hands-on experience administering ERP systems, specifically Deltek Costpoint.
Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
Direct experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Strong background in business analysis and project management within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI tools.
Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools is a plus.
Understanding of AS9100 quality standards and compliance requirements.
