Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Moodle LMS Implementation Engineer to configure, deploy, and support a scalable learning platform. This role involves end-to-end LMS setup, including learning paths, reporting, notifications, and instructor-led training (ILT) features, along with BI platform support.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and deploy Moodle LMS with required plugins (SCORM, video delivery)
Design learning paths, tier-based access, badges, and role-based permissions
Set up ILT features (registration, waitlists, session management)
Implement notifications (email & in-app), reporting, transcripts, and certificates
Ensure security (MFA, HTTPS, audit logs) and accessibility (WCAG standards)
Collaborate with IT for deployment in Docker/Kubernetes environments
Support BI tools, reporting solutions, and data warehouse integration
Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system optimization
Create documentation, runbooks, and train admin users

Required Skills:

Moodle LMS configuration & administration
SCORM, learning paths, reporting, and LMS workflows
Notifications, transcripts, and certification setup
Security & compliance (MFA, TLS, accessibility standards)
Docker/Kubernetes environment exposure
SQL/Postgres/SQL Server basics
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
