Role Overview
The IT Project Manager will ensure that IT practices align with business needs. This role involves leading the cross-functional delivery of various technology deliverables. The successful candidate will use advanced negotiation, facilitation, planning, and dependency management techniques to manage projects from concept to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements.
- Lead sprint planning and stand-up meetings to manage the entire project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to break down complex projects into prioritized and scoped action plans.
- Provide clear visibility into project status and progress for team members and stakeholders.
- Identify, manage, and define mitigation plans for cross-team dependencies and risks.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Experience: 5-10 years of relevant IT project management experience is required.
Skills: Candidates should possess strong analytical and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results.
