Job Description
TechAGI Solutions is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Readiness Lead to support a major Workday ERP implementation covering Financials and Supply Chain.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in Workday Financials, Workday Supply Chain, ERP business transformation, functional implementation, business readiness, or user adoption.
The selected professional will work with assigned departments to prepare business stakeholders and end users for new Workday capabilities, processes, integrations, reports, testing, training, and deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead readiness activities for departments affected by a Workday ERP implementation.
- Work with department leaders, business users, functional teams, and the central change management team.
- Assess each department’s readiness for new Workday capabilities and business processes.
- Identify business impacts, readiness gaps, risks, dependencies, and required actions.
- Help departments understand changes involving Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, and workflows.
- Support the adoption and standardization of new financial and supply chain processes.
- Coordinate stakeholder participation in requirements validation, testing, training, communications, data conversion, and deployment readiness.
- Track departmental readiness and provide clear status updates to program leadership.
- Communicate department-specific requirements and concerns to the central ERP program.
- Support go-live preparation and post-go-live adoption activities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting a Workday, cloud ERP, or large enterprise system implementation.
- Experience with Workday Financials, Workday Supply Chain, or comparable ERP financial and supply chain modules.
- Knowledge of business processes, system configuration, integrations, workflows, reporting, testing, training, or data conversion.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical or functional ERP teams.
- Strong project coordination, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead meetings, assess readiness, identify risks, and track departmental action items.
- Ability to work in a large organization with multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement in Philadelphia.
Preferred Qualifications
- Organizational change management, business readiness, user adoption, or business transformation experience.
- Workday Financials or Workday Supply Chain implementation experience.
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay, financial management, procurement, inventory, sourcing, or supply chain processes.
- Prosci, PMP, or another relevant change management or project management certification.
- Experience supporting a government, healthcare, higher education, transportation, utility, or other large decentralized organization.
- Experience coordinating training, communications, testing, and go-live activities.
