Job Description / Justification: Public Safety is seeking additional support to assist with the daily administration and management of its CMDB. OTI requires a dedicated resource with expertise in BMC Remedy and related tools (e.g., ADDM Discovery) to effectively manage these assets. The project includes Critical Lifecycle Management Services, ADDM discovery, CMDB asset intake, administration and management, as well as support for day-to-day operations. Minimum of 8 years of experience in BMC Re
