As we continue our next phase of growth, we're looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who is passionate about building new client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new client relationships
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with clients
- Collaborate closely with Vega's senior recruiting team to deliver outstanding talent solutions
- Help drive Vega's continued expansion and market growth
Compensation
This is a performance-based, commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
