Description As a part of a their HyperCare initiative, we're looking for a well-rounded Tech with Networking Experience and strong technical support , supporting users primarily through remote/telephony for Healthcare devices and support. Primarily - telephony-based troubleshooting and support for the trio and digital denture projects (see below under additional info). Will also be responsible for the hardware aspect and be trained in the depot/hands-on portion for these devices as well. This
