Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced Operational Accountant for an immediate opening.Job Title: Operational AccountantLocation: West Des Moines, IA & Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6+ months (Hybrid)
Employment type :Fulltime/ContractAs a Operational Accountant , you will:- Support supplier onboarding, maintenance, and enablement in SAP.
- Troubleshoot supplier, purchasing, and invoicing issues across Ariba and PeopleSoft.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document results, and validate system enhancements.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Accounts Payable, and external suppliers to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain supplier master data and perform data cleanup to ensure accuracy and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have: - Hands-on experience with SAP (Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Registration, or Ariba Network).
- Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
- Experience supporting integrations between SAP Ariba and PeopleSoft (or similar ERP platforms).
- Experience with UAT, test script creation, and system validation.
- Background in Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, Supplier Enablement, or Operational Accounting.
