About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and QA teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, analyze processes, and support successful project delivery.
This opportunity is well suited for junior Business Analysts, entry level candidates, professionals returning to the workforce, and candidates looking to transition into a Business Analyst career.
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, including BRDs and FRDs

Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand and define project requirements

Create and manage User Stories, Product Backlogs, and Sprint activities in an Agile environment

Perform data analysis, reporting, and data validation using SQL and Microsoft Excel
-
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with QA and development teams
-
Assist with process improvement, workflow analysis, and documentation
-
Maintain project documentation using Jira and Confluence
-
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams

Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to project discussions
Required Skills

6 months 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a related role

Understanding of Business Analysis concepts and SDLC methodologies

Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Exposure to Jira and Confluence

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills

Experience with Power BI or Tableau

Knowledge of data visualization and reporting

Exposure to software development projects and Agile delivery models

Experience working with cross-functional teams
