Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve programming bugs within a mainframe environment
- Support and maintain batch processing systems
- Perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution
- Collaborate with team members during training and support of lower environments
- Participate in a rotational on-call schedule for nightly batch support
- Ensure system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and support
Qualifications:- Strong experience in mainframe programming and production support
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Proven analytical, research, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Experience with FIS/Systematics Core Banking applications
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $70.50 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
