Description We're partnering with a well-established organization undergoing continued SAP evolution and optimization. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and drive value through SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with stakeholders across operations, IT, and leadership to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Analyze requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications aligned with SAP capabilities
- Configure and support SAP modules (such as MM, PP, QM, and/or PM) to meet evolving business needs
- Document current and future-state processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and system efficiency
- Support testing efforts including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful solution delivery
- Investigate and resolve functional issues, providing timely and effective system support
- Work alongside technical teams (e.g., ABAP developers, Basis) to support enhancements, integrations, and custom solutions
- Facilitate user training sessions and develop supporting documentation to drive adoption and usability
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
- Stay current on SAP S/4HANA advancements, tools, and industry trends to bring forward new ideas and efficiencies
Qualifications:- Experience as an SAP Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in an S/4HANA or ECC environment
- Hands-on experience with one or more SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, or PM
- Strong understanding of business process design and SAP configuration
- Experience supporting testing cycles and end-user training
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:- Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Exposure to full lifecycle SAP implementations or large-scale enhancements

Requirements At least 5 years of experience in SAP functional consulting, business analysis, or a similar role within an SAP environment.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and strong capability in one or more modules such as MM, PP, QM, or PM.
Demonstrated skill in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and creation of business or functional documentation.
Practical knowledge of SAP configuration and its impact on manufacturing or operational business processes.
Experience supporting test planning, execution, and validation across multiple phases of solution delivery.
Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise-scale SAP enhancement initiatives is preferred.
