Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
- Analyze equipment failures and provide root cause analysis.
- Optimize maintenance procedures and schedules to improve asset uptime.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on design for reliability.
- Track and report on key reliability metrics and performance indicators.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability.
- Conduct criticality assessments for manufacturing assets.
- Support the development of asset management strategies.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focusing on reliability, maintenance, or process improvement.
- Proven expertise in applying reliability methodologies (e.g., RCM, FMEA, RCA, Weibull analysis).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software or data analysis tools for interpreting equipment performance and failure data.
- Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems and their role in managing maintenance activities and asset health.
Bonus Qualifications- Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior engineers or technicians.
- Experience with AI/ML applications in predictive maintenance.
