Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of failures.
• Lead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for significant equipment downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize asset reliability and uptime.
• Implement and manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data for reliability improvements.
• Conduct criticality assessments and develop asset management strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and best practices for reliability engineering.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or asset management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data analysis software.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, R) for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior engineers or technicians.
• Experience with condition monitoring technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
