Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of failures.
• Lead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for significant equipment downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize asset reliability and uptime.
• Implement and manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data for asset tracking and analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
• Develop and deliver training programs on reliability best practices for maintenance personnel.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with FMECA and FRACAS processes.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
