Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Grand Haven seeking Reliability Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• Analyze equipment failures and develop root cause analysis (RCA) solutions.
• Optimize maintenance procedures and schedules to improve asset uptime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability best practices into new equipment design.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and proactively address potential reliability issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing unplanned downtime.
• Conduct reliability assessments and develop action plans to mitigate risks.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Familiarity with advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques for predictive maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior engineers on reliability best practices.
