We are looking for a passionate Growth Marketing & Content Manager to propel our brand forward and drive lead generation through impactful digital strategies. This role is pivotal in creating compelling content, managing paid social campaigns, and enhancing our online presence to attract and convert leads with relevant experience. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to drive inbound lead generation and boost brand visibility.
Create high-quality, engaging content tailored for various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta Business Suite and TikTok, optimizing performance to achieve key metrics.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Oversee email marketing initiatives, including crafting campaign strategies and designing effective communication flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall business goals.
Utilize Canva to design visually appealing marketing assets that resonate with target audiences.
Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities and refine marketing approaches.
Monitor and manage budgets for advertising campaigns, ensuring cost-effective utilization.
Build and strengthen brand presence through creative storytelling and consistent engagement with online communities.
Requirements
1 plus years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Proficiency in managing paid social media campaigns, particularly on platforms like Meta and TikTok.
Strong skills in using Google Analytics to assess campaign performance and derive insights.
Experience in designing and executing email marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with Canva for creating marketing assets.
Knowledge of Google Ads and strategies for optimizing paid search.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content and messaging.
