* Own daily imaging operations including image ingestion, validation, catalog generation, signing, and publishing
* Process large-scale batch jobs across multiple platforms per cycle (20+)
* Validate image completeness, metadata, and manifests prior to production exposure
* Coordinate publishing and release timing aligned to factory milestones (PD, RC, RTM)
* Perform production-grade manual verification and cross-checks when automation or upstream data is incomplete

Triage & Factory Support:
* Triage ODM/SEPM tickets, alerts, and ingestion noise; Distinguish actionable issues from false positives
* Provide guidance to ODMs on recurrent misconfigurations and data quality gaps
* Scale support during peak factory windows and adjust during non-burst periods

Automation & Tooling Improvements:
* Enhance internal catalog and imaging tools to reduce manual intervention
* Introduce structured error handling, diagnostics, and actionable error codes
* Design and implement pipeline-based workflows for manifest signing and catalog publishing
* Improve observability, failure detection, and root-cause analysis across large batch operations

Infrastructure & Reliability:
* Reduce single-user/single-desk dependency for on-prem imaging infrastructure
* Propose and stabilize secure, shared on-prem storage and compute solutions
* Account for non-cloud constraints including high data volumes, transfer costs, and peak performance limits

Technical Program Management:
* Manage publishing and release of imaging components to Pulsar, Softpaqs, and Cloud
* Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve operational maturity

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of experience in production operations, systems engineering, or recovery/factory-critical environments
* Hands-on experience with OS imaging, recovery systems, catalog/image processing, or large-scale batch workflows
* Proven ownership of end-to-end production pipelines including ingestion, validation, signing, publishing, and release readiness
* Strong experience with automation, scripting, and tooling to reduce manual operational effort
* Demonstrated ability to operate under bursty workloads aligned to release or factory milestones (PD, RC, RTM)
* Experience triaging high-volume operational noise, alerts, and tickets; Strong signal-to-noise judgment
* Ability to perform production-grade manual validation when automation or upstream data is incomplete
* Experience improving error handling, diagnostics, logging, and operational observability
* Familiarity with on-prem infrastructure, shared storage/compute models, and multi-user access controls
* Understanding of non-cloud constraints including high data volumes, transfer costs, and peak-load performance
* Strong coordination and communication skills across engineering, factory, ODM, and release stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with imaging or publishing pipelines (e.g., manifest signing, catalog publishing, secure artifact distribution)
* Background supporting recovery-critical or factory manufacturing systems
* Experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages
* Prior technical program management or release management experience
* Demonstrated success driving operational standardization and eliminating single-point-of-failure dependencies
