Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Owner to support the delivery and evolution of cloud-based integration platforms and internal technical services. This role partners closely with engineering, quality assurance, and business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable product requirements and ensure reliable, on-time delivery in an Agile environment.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing backlogs for technical products, understands modern cloud and integration technologies, and is execution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will own a single product or service and guide it through continuous improvement and delivery. You'll evaluate existing platforms, identify enhancements, and ensure priorities are clearly defined and aligned to business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog to support feature delivery and platform stability
- Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria that enable efficient engineering execution
- Reviewing existing systems to identify feature enhancements, technical improvements, and defect fixes
- Supporting Agile ceremonies and helping teams remove blockers to meet sprint and release goals
- Translating business needs into well-defined product requirements and delivery plans
- Collaborating with engineering, QA, and delivery partners to support testing, release readiness, and adoption
- Monitoring post-release metrics to identify opportunities to improve performance and user experience
- Staying current on industry trends, cloud platforms, and integration best practices
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a well-rounded product professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Required qualifications:- Experience working in an Agile product environment; SCRUM experience strongly preferred
- Product Owner experience, including backlog ownership, prioritization, and user story development
- Demonstrated experience delivering technical product features or platform capabilities
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including AWS
- Experience supporting integration solutions such as APIs or API management technologies
Preferred qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Exposure to modern integration patterns, reusable services, or enterprise integration tools
- Experience working in large, complex, or regulated technology environments
- Relevant certifications (Agile, cloud, or product-related)
