Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Revenue / Commercial Director to lead our sales strategy, revenue growth, and client engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for a visionary sales leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving market expansion, and delivering consistent revenue growth across media, digital, and creative industries.

 

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on leader, capable of developing innovative go-to-market strategies while nurturing long-term client relationships across multiple sectors.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute revenue growth strategy across regions and verticals
  • Lead end-to-end sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal closures
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams to exceed targets
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships across industries such as travel, fintech, retail, real estate, and media
  • Drive market expansion initiatives into new geographies
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance go-to-market strategies
  • Manage high-value client negotiations and close enterprise-level deals
  • Establish data-driven frameworks to improve sales efficiency and productivity

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in sales, revenue leadership, or commercial roles
  • Experience in media, advertising, digital platforms, or branding agencies
  • Strong background in building and leading sales teams
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention, and account growth
  • Expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
